What you'll need to get started

1 A PC^® mobile SIM Card. Want to purchase a SIM Card? Find a Store
2 An unlocked phone that is compatible with our network.
3 Account information from your current Canadian mobile provider if you are switching to PC^® mobile and want to keep your Canadian phone number.
4 Credit card or bank account information if you wish to sign up for Automatic Top-Up.

Where can I find the IMEI number?

IMEI number

You can display the IMEI and IMEI2 on your screen by dialing *#06#. The IMEI or IMEI2 number (15 digits) can also be found in your device settings.

For Google Pixel devices, use the following instructions to find the IMEI and IMEI2:

Open settings app
Tap "Network and internet"
Tap "+" beside "Mobile Network"
Tap "Download a SIM instead?"
Tap "Yes" to enable Dual SIM mode
Go to "About phone" in the settings app and find "IMEI (sim slot 2)"

The 32-digit EID number can be found in your device settings.

Transferring your number

Important

You may receive an SMS within the next few business days from your current service provider to validate the transfer so we can start the process.

You must validate the transfer within 90 minutes of receiving the SMS, by replying with a YES. If you reply with a NO or do not respond, the number transfer and this order will be cancelled.
